[Day 8] – Say “oh yeahhh” like the Koolaid Man

May 8th – Day 8

Today’s Recipe:

  • 1 handful Kale – I split these with the kid and she won’t drink it with all the greens I normally include
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Banana
  • 1.5 cups Mangoes
  • 1.5 cups mixed berries: blackberries, strawberries, raspberries
  • Agave syrup, to taste

Smoothie Timeline:

  • Smoothie 1 – 12p
  • Smoothie 2 – 3p
  • Smoothie 3 – 11p

Metrics: (11pm)

  • Weight – 128lbs
  • Bust – 34in
  • Waist – 29in
  • Hips – 39in
  • Fluid Intake – 1/2 gallon water, 2 cups tea, 1 cup coffee

Reflections:

I pooped.  And it was glorious.
