- 1 handful Kale – I split these with the kid and she won’t drink it with all the greens I normally include
- 2 Apples
- 1 Banana
- 1.5 cups Mangoes
- 1.5 cups mixed berries: blackberries, strawberries, raspberries
- Agave syrup, to taste
- Smoothie 1 – 12p
- Smoothie 2 – 3p
- Smoothie 3 – 11p
- Weight – 128lbs
- Bust – 34in
- Waist – 29in
- Hips – 39in
- Fluid Intake – 1/2 gallon water, 2 cups tea, 1 cup coffee
I pooped. And it was glorious.
