May 5th – Day 5
- 3 handfuls Kale
- 2 Apples, cored and cut
- 1.5 cups mangoes
- 1.5 cups mixed berries (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry)
- Agave syrup, to taste
- Smoothie 1 – 915a
- Smoothie 2 – 330p
- 1/2 of Smoothie 3 – 5p
- Other 1/2 Smoothie 3 – 12a
- Smoothie 4 – The next day……..
I ate food today: 2 scoops rice, a chicken enchilada, and some tortilla chips w spinach dip.
My water intake was around 3/4 gallon. Tequila intake was around 1 margarita and 2 shots. Beer intake was 1 Budlight, 2 Sols, and 1 Corona (with lime).
Lessons Learned: (This part reminds me of Jerry Springer’s Final Thoughts…)
I enjoyed today. There were 2 different kinds of Spanish/Mexican rice, and it was so good.
I know before this cleanse/detox I would’ve eaten so much more but I just didn’t have the desire to stuff myself like that. The “itis” can no longer be a part of my dietary habits. So I’d say tonight was a success.
